The Training Course is structured within the following disciplinary areas, divided into Characterizing and Related Activities:

Local disciplines
Legal and social disciplines
History, arts and entertainment disciplines
Economic and managerial disciplines
according to 2 basic guidelines, appropriately integrated within each Teaching:
- a theoretical-methodological path, based on the critical comparison with international analytical-interpretative methodologies, thanks to the significant presence in the CdS of teachers from foreign universities.
- a more specifically operational path, through which teachings that look at the excellence of Italian know-how and training methodologies of international extraction are compared.
The courses are organized through lectures, practical exercises and, thanks to connections with the outside world, developed both through the University and through the important presence of teachers from the tourism industry, through testimonials and operational internships.
An interesting aspect of the CdS is also the proposal of original educational itineraries that integrate with the path followed by the international Course ‘Art History in Rome, from Late Antiquity to the Present’, already activated in the Macroarea of Humanities of our University. This aspect is expressed in our CdS through Courses that propose paths for acquiring the artistic content present not only in the accredited cultural heritage of our country, but also in the ‘excellence’ of the manufacturing industry, as a usable product in terms of tourist experience.
