On Monday 4th of  November at 10:00 a.m. in the Moscati Hall of the Macro-area of Humanities, an event will be held to present the new services offered by the University of Tor Vergata, aimed at all students, with particular attention to freshmen.

During the meeting, the main University services dedicated to the well-being, orientation and support of students will be illustrated, including:

• Pro-BEN, a project funded by the Ministry of University and Research as part of the PNRR, aimed at promoting the psychological well-being of university students. The initiative supports the academic and personal life of students through prevention, listening and training activities.
• Re-orientation service, which offer the possibility of individual interviews by appointment to help students identify and consolidate their course of study and their educational direction.
• Counseling service and listening desk, dedicated to psychological support and the management of personal and relational well-being.
• Youth Information Service, which offers tools, resources and advice to orient oneself between training, work and active participation opportunities.

Lunedì 4 novembre alle ore 10:00 presso l’Aula Moscati della Macroarea di Lettere e Filosofia si terrà un evento di presentazione dei nuovi servizi offerti dall’Ateneo di Tor Vergata, rivolto a tutti gli studenti, con particolare attenzione alle matricole.

Durante l’incontro saranno illustrati i principali servizi di Ateneo dedicati al benessere, all’orientamento e al supporto degli studenti, tra cui:

• Pro-BEN, progetto finanziato dal Ministero dell’Università e della Ricerca nell’ambito del PNRR, volto alla promozione del benessere psicologico degli studenti universitari. L’iniziativa sostiene la vita accademica e personale degli studenti attraverso attività di prevenzione, ascolto e formazione.
• Servizio di ri-orientamento, che offrono la possibilità di svolgere colloqui individuali su prenotazione per aiutare gli studenti a individuare e consolidare il proprio percorso di studi e la propria direzione formativa.
• Servizio di counseling e sportello di ascolto, dedicati al sostegno psicologico e alla gestione del benessere personale e relazionale.
• Servizio Informa Giovani, che offre strumenti, risorse e consulenze per orientarsi tra opportunità formative, lavorative e di partecipazione attiva.

Dear Students,

We are glad to confirm the return of a successful initiative from the International Area of our University that puts you, the students, front and center:  the “Student Ambassadors” Program. This program aims to foster a more integrated student community, provide support and guidance to international students, and help prospective international students through social media and the Unibuddy chat platform. Selected students will become “Student Ambassadors” representing Tor Vergata University of Rome, a great opportunity to develop transferable skills and actively contribute to the life of our University community.

The program involves a weekly commitment for a period of 12 months and will be paid.

Among the skills required:

• Proficient use of social media networks (Instagram and Facebook)
• Ability to create a reel/short video 
• Strong communication skills

Selected student ambassadors will receive initial training and ongoing support from the Welcome Office staff.

Whithin the project Porta Futuro Lazio, Humanities Macroarea selected two tutor, Doc. Francesca Garofalo and Doc. Annalisa Italiano, that’ll held orientering service which students could book as personal meeting, as scheduled.

Meetings will be held at room 29/30, 3rd floor, B building, Humanities Macroarea.

Nell’ottica del progetto Porta Futuro Lazio, la Macroarea mette a disposizione due tutor, la Dott.ssa Francesca Garofalo e la Dott.ssa Annalisa Italiano, che offriranno uno sportello di orientamento al quale studentesse e studenti potranno rivolgersi, prenotando un colloquio individuale nei giorni e orari indicati.
